Refund policy

If your item arrives and unfortunately has any faults or has been damaged, please reach out within 7 days of receiving it. We are happy to offer a full refund for any faulty or damaged items. But please note, we cannot offer refunds based purely on you changing your mind, so please shop carefully and make sure you read the description correctly.ย 
We totally understand shopping online can be tricky with choosing the right size so please reach out if you need to exchange your item for a different size and we can organize getting this sorted for you!
